At Reeds Rains the solution is never one-size fits all. We have many 1 branch franchises and several multi-branch franchises; some Franchisees started out by buying the business from the parent company; others by converting a local branch; and still more from a cold start. Some Franchisees were experienced estate agents, some local business entrepreneurs with no specific experience in estate agency. In all cases however, we do expect prospective Franchisees to have sufficient resources to be able to fund the investment themselves. All franchisees have access to a Business Development Manager who will work with you from day one. They can provide advice to help grow your business including acquisitions of lettings portfolios. LSL have considerable acquisitions experience and if you are keen to grow your business via acquisition the teams can be on hand to help. Over the years we have developed a tried and tested due diligence process. We can help with negotiation, the legal process as well as helping integrate the acquisition into your existing business. In addition to this Reeds Rains will provide compliance help and advice with supporting documents to help you get on with running your business.
