One key way to drive growth into an estate agency business is to acquire a lettings book. This could be to add lettings to your existing estate agency business or acquiring a lettings book to This will either add more landlords to your existing portfolio and expand your income, or if you are currently a sales only estate agency, this will add an important and non-cyclical revenue stream. 3. The gift of time & support

Networking

We have over 60 Franchise Partners across the UK ranging from multi branch franchises through to many one-branch operators.  Every year all our Franchise Partners get together at our Franchising Conference to network, meet suppliers, share new ideas and learn.

Over the course of a year, there are also several regional franchise conferences as well as other networking events ensuring you have the opportunity to catch up with your fellow franchise partners. Many existing franchise partners find sharing best practice, marketing successes, recruitment strategies and compliance challenges amongst other things, with each other, really beneficial to help grow revenue and also for peace of mind.

For the most recent developments, webinars with specific suppliers and/or experts supplement the content in the Training Academy; and sometimes learning is facilitated simply by connecting a Franchisee who excels at a particular discipline with another who wishes to learn more about it.

Tech Stack

LSL Estate Agency Franchising have developed relationships with leading prop-tech suppliers and enjoy discounted rates. The tools have been integrated with our central Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and the LSL I.T. systems to allow independent agency owners to plug and play.

The training team provide ongoing support and the Franchise Directors manage the accounts to ensure third-party suppliers are providing best-in-class service to our franchise partners.

Our Client Accounting team and Credit Control centre pick up two of the most arduous tasks for our Franchise Partners, giving you more time to concentrate on your customers and growing your business.

Business & operations plan

Having a business plan is a cornerstone for any operation and this provides an opportunity to discuss in detail your ambitions. We have decades of experience with businesses and we will help you with your expectations before any formal arrangements are agreed.

Induction & launch

You will receive induction training prior to the launch of your business, in which we will provide you with all the skills and knowledge to operate our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Once completed, we will provide on-going support to ensure your success!
